Do you cover my area?
We cover the Brighton and Hove area for domestic cleaning and South East area in general for commercial clients.
Is the price you quote me fixed?
The price is fixed no matter how long it takes except for any extra jobs undertaken as requested. We do not add VAT. The average domestic property for window cleaning usually ranges from £12-£40. Gutter vacuuming prices start from £60.
How can you guarantee you won’t invade my privacy?
We always ring/knock the door before we start and use telescopic poles working from the ground.
Are your staff insured?
We are fully insured and vetted through both Checkatrade and MGWC (Master Guild of Window Cleaners).
Do I have to be home when the cleaning staff come?
You don’t need to be around when we come as long as we can get access all around the property.
Do you have a cancellation fee?
We request 48 hours notice if cancelling our services but do not charge a cancellation fee.
Do you clean commercial properties?
We have experience in cleaning at many commercial properties. Schools, nurseries, hotels, shops, rest homes etc.
Do you do last minute call outs?
Please call for information as this may be possible.
Do you have a minimum charge??
Yes we have a minimum charge of £12 even if it’s just one window.
How can I pay?
Will the rain affect work?
We clean all through the year, even if it is raining. Although with sustained torrential rain we may need to rearrange for a future time.Being turned away at the door because it is raining is not something we can not afford to do, therefore, in order to provide regular reliable service cancellations must be advised with at least 24 hours notice.
